Seating Plan of Budapest Folk Shows
Budapest folk shows take place in the beautiful historical heart of our city, mostly on the Pest side of the river Danube. Most nights the dance and music shows take place in the historical city center in Aranytiz Cultural Centre (and occasionally in other historical attractions such as the Concert Hall in Budai Vigado or the Danube Palace).

Before you buy your ticket for the show, you may want to check the seating plan to see the best seats in Category 1, the decent seats in Category 2, or the cheapest seats in Category 3.

Most of the Hungarian folk dance shows are presented in the theatrical hall in the recently renovated Aranytiz Cultural Centre in the 5th District (District V) in Arany Janos Street Budapest.

Seating Plan of Danube Palace Budapest
Most of the Hungarian folk dance shows are presented in the theater in the Danube Palace, in District V, which is the city center in Budapest, where most of the 4 and 5 star hotels are located. You can download the Seating Map of the Theater in the Danube Palace (also a concert hall of classical music concerts).
In the seating map you can see folk show tickets in Category 1, Category 2 and Category 3. From row 5 to row 15 the rows keep slightly raising gradually as seen in the photo too. The best seats are indicated in blue boxes (1st category), the red seats are 2nd rate places. 3rd category seats are in the back rows on the balcony:

Seating Plan of Budai Vigado Budapest
Some of the Hungarian folk shows are performed on the Buda side in Budai Vigado Concert Hall and Theater. This historical palace is a short walk from Batthyany Square where there is a metro station of the M2 metro line, which makes it easy to approach.

Some of the Hungarian folk shows are performed on the Pest side in Pesti Vigado Hall. Address: 2 Vigado Square Budapest District V.

I am bringing a group of 40 tourists to Budapest, 21 to 24 september, and would like to book tickets for the folk show. I was there several times with other groups, Britannia Travel Ltd, Malta. Please can you reserve for me tickets and give me special prices, thank you. I like tickets for sunday 22 september. If I am not mistaken the theatre is near St Stephen’s cathedral.
