Hungarian Folk Motifs on Christmas Decorations

Here are some of the recent gingerbread Christmas Decorations from the Budapest Christmas market, many of them inspired by Hungarian Folk Motifs.

Gingerbread is a very popular cake to be used for various decorations, not only in December for the Christmas festivities (used especially to decorate the Christmas tree), but was also used as an expression of love at any time of the year with red gingerbread hearts and beautiful inscriptions (usually with a little mirror in the middle, and a love message).
